Radio Problems

Ive a 69 plate Kona 'Play' , 12k miles, and until recently that radio has been perfect. Ive about 15 favourite stations on the Fave list and they all used to play perfectly. However now if I select a station ie: Gold, Pulse, TalkSport etc it doesnt connect, just an 'X' over the top of a graphic of a radio mast. When it connects to a station after a few seconds the sound just fades out to silence.
Is there a way to reset the radio stations? Not sure what else to do ??
Thanks
Andy.

There is a way to reset the radio. You could use the tiny rest button above the knob, If yours doesn't have the radio knob, just look for a small button about 1mm diameter near your radio controls. That will reset it. The other option is to fill the switch in the fuse block in the dash, however it will reset all settings in the infotainment center, seat controls, headlight controls, and instrument cluster, depending on what model variant you have.

On a side note, check the actual antenna, make sure its there. There is alot of complaints about the antenna mast and sometimes the shark fin falling off while driving, that will also effect reception.

Many thanks and I'll certainly try resetting it....
