Michelin wiper blades are on sale at Costco for $7.99 until Oct. 19, 2025. I've been using these on my 2019 Santa Fe with good results, and I just purchased them for my 2024 Kona. I'm surprised that the smaller Kona uses the size blades as the Santa Fe, 26-inch left side and 16-inch right side.

It's the whole wiper blade, and I don't recall having any difficulty replacing them on my 2019 Santa Fe. I haven't done it yet on the 2024 Kona. On both vehicles, you have to know how to "park" the wipers in the middle of the windshield.
It is recommended to protect the windshield from being damaged by the wiper arm, in case it unintentionally gets pushed towards the glass while changing the wiper blade.
