Got my first dreaded rock in the windshield. Hit and made a star about the size of my thumb. Within about 1-2 hours, the crack went from 1 side of my windshield to the other about in the middle of the window. Called Hyundai to get a new one. None available to replace in Canada. Been waiting about 7 weeks already, and they can't even get me an ETA yet. Checked with 3rd party windshield repair places, and they said no 3rd party replacement glass has been made for 2024 Kona yet. Crap didn't think parts would take this long to get on a redesigned car.
Anyone else have this issue and were you able to get a windshield quicker. Worried I will get a ticket, as the crack is in the field of view.
