Hi,
I followed the instructions to update the software and firmware of my Kona EV 2021 Preferred and the onboard system says I need to insert an USB drive with the update files. The USB drive is inserted.

What I did:
Formatted my USB drive in FAT32.
Installed and ran the "Navigation Updater" software.
Copied over the files (with the software).
Ejected the drive.
Connected it to the car.
Went in the menu and clicked update.

Is it a 64GB USB Stick/Drive? That is required for some stupid reason. I tried an update a year ago using my 256GB USB drive & it refused to update.

Hi,
It's a 64GB stick, but it's partitioned in a way only 30GB are accessible. I think I'll wait on this update though as I've received comments saying this update isn't great and I should wait for a better one.
