Trouble installing remote start on 2021 kona 16v - No immobilizer wire???

Im installing a remote start on a non-push button start 2021 kona and everything in the wiring diagram makes sense with the harnesses in the vehicle except one wire. The pin where the wire is supposed to be is pin 29 on the red harness in the driver side kick panel. Ive attached an image of where the wiring diagram from the remote start says it should be. There is no wire there and it is suppose to be a brown and orange wire that controls the immobilizer data. Does anyone know where this wire is or have an diagrams of where i should look for this wire?
