Bought a set of used Kia rims for $200, which was far cheaper than steelies or what the dealer wanted for new alloy wheels. Had to go to a different dealer for the TPMS kit, as my usual dealer wanted $400 for a set, even though Hyundai Canada has a set of 4 TPMS listed in the Kona accessories page for $131.52. And bonus, until 20 Dec, parts and accessories come with a 15% discount. Got the tires at Costco, so for about $1,400, got wheels with TPMS and winters. Unlike previous winter tires on my Elantra, the Pirellis on the Kona are as quiet, if not quieter than the OEM all seasons, which was a nice surprise. I went with 17" wheels and tires for more protection from pot holes and they fit without an issue on my N Line.
I also got the Rally Armor mudflaps, which should protect the paint (hopefully). Very much overpriced at the dealer, but I did get 15% off...
I previously got the TuxMat floor and trunk mats for the car. If you email TuxMat, and you qualify, they give veterans a 20% discount. If not, the floor mats are identical save the badge as ones from Costco in Canada.
