New 2022 Limited Check Engine Light w/ Failed Thermal Mgmt Module

Wanted to see if anyone else has experienced a failure of the thermal mgmt module in a 22 Kona Limited. Aside from solid check engine light, the car was very slow to heat up. Purchased new Kona on Dec 4. Dec 7 light came on with 300 miles on the car. Took car to dealer on Dec 9. Dealer indicated a Dec 21 date of part replacement receipt, but still waiting for replacement thermal mgmt module. In talking to other Hyundai dealerships, there have been quite a few other 22 Kona's having similar failures. As a first-time Hyundai customer, very disappointed in mfg Q/A and scratching my head on what kind of post-production testing goes on to identify/avert this. Dealer has been a pain to deal with to as they're indicating serious lags in parts due to supply chain challenges.

I went to the dealership yesterday and they just cleared the code in hopes it doesn’t come back

having same problem just weeks after getting horn fixed and inspection done, low mileage and to many problems already, the dealer has been nice , spending way to much time in the service department
Update: Went to the dealership they looked at it and they cleared the code and was told if it came back to call, well just my luck the same code came back 500 miles later
went to autozone and showed me a p8121 code, heat mod. went to dealer they had to order part took 5 days, no promise it won't happen again, this just a few weeks after getting horn fixed
I'm having this exact same issue. I bought my 2022 Kona in Nov 21, but don't drive much so as of today (May 4 2023) it still has less that 14K miles. I was told by Blue Link that it's OK to drive as long as the check engine light isn't flashing, but if it starts flashing it's a problem. But today at the dealership, after they told me the part is on backorder and they have no idea when it will be in, I was told "We recommend you not drive." Seriously. When I asked about a loaner, I was told they only have a few and they're all in use. So what is a person supposed to do? I think Hyundai should be reaching out to offer some kind of trade or replacement program since this seems to be a BIG issue with these cars.
I was told mine needed the same thing and that it was on back order. Odd they told me it’s ok to drive. Don’t know it’s gonna take for the part to come in they told me they would call me when it arrives. Check engine light is still on hopefully it arrives at some point. Note: Mileage is 5899

Yes, I just had it replaced on my 2022 Kona Preferred SE approximately 13,000 kms. No issues with my dealership getting it replaced.
