Hello. I recently bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona electric. It was all working fine until yesterday evening when I set up Bluelink. This morning I cannot unlock the car. I have 2 key fobs, both with battery (the red light lights up when I press the buttons) but the car is unresponsive to me pressing any of the buttons repeatedly. It’s like is died.
The Bluelink app is the only reason I can think that may have caused this. On the app to test it was working I tried turning the a/c on and off successfully (success messages in the app). Today I can’t get the car to do anything anymore on the app.
I’m contacting Hyundai but hoping someone on here may know what the problem is?

Yep I just got into the car with the physical key (I didn’t realise it was hiding in the key fob). Still no response at all from the car. From what I’ve read online it sounds like a dead 12V battery?
