This review is a lot better than the one I posted earlier by CarAdvice. Apparently, Australia will be getting a differently tuned suspension, not sure what will be different though. Pricing and specifications still haven't been revealed yet but they have gotten to drive it around.

Roads are so bad where I live that I feel we can use the suspension changes made specifically for the Australian market. What do you think that might consist of, just softer springs or a whole different strut and shock type?
Valving and dampening rates will probably differ, affecting both struts and springs. Suspension travel itself may be increased. If travel is increased, heavier duty lower ball joints, sway bar, and possibly even wheel bearings would be worth the effort to increase durability.

Actually you might be on to something since in other models that share a platform with the Kona in a specific market could get similar suspension components, all to reflect what that market generally expects from cars these days. Too bad it will be rare to get a comparison of different market Kona's.
