Best LED License Plate Lights

Hello. I was wondering if you guys had an opinion on the best w5w style LED bulb to fit the Kona. I currently have a set of Philips LEDs installed, but the passengers side had a wierd cutoff that makes it look odd. It's the type that has an LED just on the top. I'll post pics later, but your opinions are appreciated.

I ordered the 10 piece replacement from eBay. Turned out nice.

My thought on Lighting and Led's is basically you pay for what you get ,so with I go with Jdm Astars or HIDKitPros for all my Leds.

I'll agree with this for critical lighting but not with interior or plate lights...in my opinion this isn't a place where spending 2-3 times as much for bulbs is going to make any difference. Doing what MonyG did you spend sub $15 and are going to have a couple of spare pieces left over if one or two of the bulbs don't make it to the 10k+ hours of the expected lifespan - the only way I would differ my stance on this is if I could source a replacement bulb that was made domestically but for this application I haven't been able to find one.
Again your opinion and for me money is no concern for the best , reason I bought real LED fogs not Ebay specials, and for your information the license plate leds where not the expensive since they are a wedge but still high quality also will outlast most and if they did burn out I get them replaced for free.
Variety is the spice of life and everyone has there individual priorities. It's good to share and realize we have different thoughts regarding the subject. I see some good information in both comments.:smile:
Any light on the rear of your vehicle is important. Those lights and failure to signal are police
favorites to check out who you are and what you're up to.
You need 194 LED lamps. When shopping for those, I look for a lamp that has LEDs all around and at the tip (some do only have on 2 sides). I find that there is a better light distribution. Then it is a matter of picking the intensity that fit your needs. I used Auxito T10-24H-Black-W10 everywhere where a 194 was required.
