I was driving on a highway and a piece of ice flew off a truck punched a hole in my grill. I was lucky as it didn't cause any damage to the radiator or sensor. I don't know if it's worth filing an insurance claim or not yet, but I might take the opportunity to black out a new grill and replace it myself. Has anyone here replaced the grill?

I replaced the grill on my 2020 Limited with the black (no chrome trim) version when it was new. If you want a brand new one like the one your damaged one mine is for sale. The installation is simple once you remove the bumper cap.

Ouch !! Cold plastic and impact don’t mix.. Hopefully not too expensive to replace..

So if I go with the dealership it would be $1100, but I can find the grill online for $150 unpainted. I'm going to take the opportunity to black out the grill and front emblem as one piece.
