I don't get it

After entering Kona EV, & setting home (in Ottawa) & destination (picton, ON) + adjusting the temperature, I don't get any route, just map & charging stations.

I tried your plan, I think the missing step is you need to click "Plan Route", as it seemed to work fine for me:

Although it appears to be pretty close on charge, so a very cold day might make this trip not doable without a charging stop:
