I bought my car new in November, 2020. It has not had any issues so far with the exception of the "Handsfree" for my phone has stopped working. I was on the phone with someone talking through "Handsfree" and then we hung up. A few minutes later I remember something I needed to tell her so I called back and this time the "Handsfree" would not work. I have unpaired the car from the phone, unpaired the phone from the car, and started all over. It still does not work. The entire system up there works, the radio, the navigation, the phone pairs, the contacts come up, the messages come through, but I cannot hear through the "Handsfree." I do not have anything else paired to my phone either. Any ideas short of me waiting a month for an appointment at Hyundai?

You cannot ear nothing but can you connect dial, etc. Because it can be the volume, try the volume when you are on call since the volume level is independant of the level of the radio etc.
And check the Bluetooth level on your phone when you are connected

Thank you...I will try that today. Yep, everything works except I can't hear it ring through the radio and I can't hear when someone picks up the phone. I'm sure the radio volume is turned up but I have a tendency to turn my phone volume down. I will see if I'm just stupid today and report back to you! Thanks!

You were correct! I had the phone volume down all the way and I could not hear it. Now I know that the phone volume works independently after you make a call! lol Thank you again for your help!
