Hello,

I was looking through the owner's manual the other day and noticed that Hyundai labeled the transmission fluid flush and refill as a "lifetime". It was little skeptical as the cars that I and my family owned before said that the transmission fluid has to be changed around 100k miles or so. I currently have about 60k on my Kona. I called the dealership and they said they recommend having it flushed and changed in 70k, and wanted to see what ya'll thought. Also, any DCT fluid ya'll recommend?

Thank you!

The DCT uses gear oil, not transmission fluid.
